Subscription order terms and conditions
Terms and Conditions for Subscription Orders in the OSHEE DROP IN Online Store

When placing Orders in the Store, the Customer may select an option of a subscription order (hereinafter referred to as the „Subscription Order”). A subscription order involves placing an Order in accordance with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of the OSHEE DROP IN Online Store, which is renewed at the frequency chosen by the Customer without the Customer having to make any additional statements. This means that once a Subscription Order has been placed, the Seller sends the ordered Products to the Customer on a regular basis, e.g. once a week, every two weeks, every three weeks, every four weeks (as chosen by the Customer) without the need to place a separate Order each time.

A Subscription Order Contract is concluded for an indefinite term (until the Customer cancels the Subscription Order). The Seller reserves the right to change the price of the Products included in the Subscription Order. In such case, the Seller will notify the Customer of the planned change in the price of the Products, with the specification of the new price and with information on the option to cancel the Subscription Order (upon the principles described in these Terms and Conditions for Subscription Orders). If the Customer does not cancel the Subscription Order, the new price of the Products will apply to recurring orders processed by the Seller after the expiry of 30 days from the sending of the notification of the new price to the Customer.

Subscription Orders are only available to Customers who have an Account registered with the Store and who express their intention to order selected Products on a cyclical basis by selecting the purchase option as „Subscription” in the Cart, together with the selection of the frequency of deliveries, upon the terms given in these Terms and Conditions.

Subscription Orders are possible for those Products which are marked „Subscriptions” on the product sheet. For Subscription Orders, it is not possible to use a discount code referred to in §17 of the Terms and Conditions of the OSHEE DROP IN Online Store.

The Customer can edit the selected frequency of deliveries within the Subscription Order in the Cart before submitting it.

The Customer can manage the submitted Subscription Orders under the „My Subscriptions” tab available in the Account, including viewing the submitted Subscription Orders and their parameters.

The Customer may cancel their Subscription Order at any time (by using the „Cancel”” button available next to each Subscription Order displayed under the „My Subscriptions” tab). Cancellation does not affect the fulfilment of the order and obligation to pay for a cyclical order under the Subscription Order if it is made less than 72 hours in advance of the scheduled date of the processing of this cyclical order.

If several Subscription Orders have been placed, the Seller will ship the Subscription Orders together if all the Subscription Orders have been placed using the same payment details (including the same credit card), the same delivery form and details as well as if the shipping date of these Subscription Orders is on the same day.

When placing a Subscription Order, the Customer agrees to periodic charging of the price of the Products and their delivery costs by the payment operator from the payment card the details of which are provided by the Customer in the process of placing the Subscription Order in accordance with the terms and conditions of the payment operator. The price of the Products within the Subscription Order plus delivery costs will be charged by the payment operator 48 hours before the date of fulfilment of the cyclical order, in accordance with the shipping frequency selected when placing the Subscription Order.

The Seller will use its best efforts to ensure the constant availability of the Products covered by the Subscription Orders. However, in case any of the Products under the Subscription Order are not available by the shipment date of the relevant Subscription Order, the order for that Product will be cancelled and the amount for the Subscription Order charged during the relevant billing period will be reduced by the value of the Product which has not been delivered.

In the event that any of the Products within a Subscription Order are no longer available after payment for the Subscription Order has been collected during the relevant billing period, the collected funds for the undelivered Products will be refunded to the Customer using the same payment method that was used to pay for the order.

The first delivery of the Products under the Subscription Order will be made within the time limit in accordance with the order lead times under the Terms and Conditions of the OSHEE DROP IN Online Store. Subsequent deliveries of the Products will be sent in accordance with the frequency selected by the Customer after the funds for the respective billing period of the Subscription Order have been credited to the Seller's account.

If payment for the next billing period under the Subscription Order has not been successfully charged, the Subscription Order is automatically frozen. In such a situation, the Subscription Order will not be processed and will be cancelled after 10 days.

In matters not regulated in these Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions of the OSHEE DROP IN Online Store and generally applicable provisions of law will apply.
