1. Use the measuring cup in the cap of the hydroconcentrate to measure out the amount of product needed to prepare 0.25 l, 0.5 l, 0.75 l, or 1 l of drink.

2. Pour the OSHEE DROP IN hydroconcentrate into a glass, bottle, thermos, or water bottle. The choice of container is up to you.

3. Top up the hydroconcentrate with sparkling or still water. This can be water from a bottle, tap, filter jug, or soda maker (first saturate it with bubbles, then combine it with the hydroconcentrate!).

4. Mix the OSHEE DROP IN hydroconcentrate with water and it's ready. You can enjoy this electrolyte drink anywhere. It's a good choice for training and throughout the day, especially in hot weather.
